Your financial information is not held by the Chamber. It is, however, stored in the cloud by reputable third-party vendors including Growth Zone Pay, Square, Eventbrite, and Zapplication. The Chamber claims no responsibility for the privacy and data usage on any third-party site.
Any financial or credit card information you provide via: Member Hub, online, or in-person registration for programs, events, festivals, and including payments by check (when permitted), is only used for billing purposes for those charges. The Chamber itself does not store your financial information or keep it in our possession.
CAN THE WAYZATA WEST METRO CHAMBER USE MY IMAGE?
By attending or participating in any Chamber event, program, or festival, individuals consent to be photographed and allow their images to be used in promotional materials, on the Chamber website, and on social media, unless they explicitly opt out beforehand.
HOW DOES THE WAYZATA WEST METRO CHAMBER USE MY EMAIL?
The Wayzata West Metro Chamber keeps its members regularly updated (monthly, weekly, and special notice) via email newsletters. If at any time you want to opt out of receiving our email newsletters, each newsletter includes instructions for doing so.
