4th of July in Wayzata
Flying Pancake Breakfast: Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, coffee, and a cold drink. Enjoy a short ceremony and flag raising including rifle salute. The 7th Pennsylvania Regiment of Revolutionary actors, will tell tales and interact with guests as they demonstrate the loading and firing of their powder muskets! Sons of the American Revolution Color Guard and the Daughters of the American Revolution will return along with Period Costumed Actors to entertain Patriots of all Ages. Learn more here.
Kiddie Parade and Mini Olympics: Start your 4th of July off in Wayzata by attending the Kiddie Parade! Parade starts at 10:00 am at Park Street and Broadway Ave. The fun doesn’t stop there! Head over to Wayzata West Middle School at 12:30 pm for a Mini Olympics. Kids 12 and under can compete in a foot race, broad jump, and softball throw.
